About Prophet Muhammad
Prophet Muhammad is one of the most influential historical figures in the world. He is known as the founder of Islam and is respected by Muslims worldwide. He is also known as the last prophet of Islam.
Prophet Muhammad was born in Mecca in 570 CE. His parents passed away when he was young, and he was raised by his uncle, Abu Talib. At 25, he married Khadija, a wealthy widow. He was a successful businessman and a peaceful man who was highly respected in his community.
When Muhammad was 40, he experienced a revelation from Allah in a cave near Mecca. This event marked the beginning of his prophetic mission. He began to preach Islam and spread the message of Allah. He was met with strong opposition from his own tribe, the Quraysh, who were polytheists.
In 622 CE, he migrated from Mecca to Medina, which became known as the Hijrah. This event marks the beginning of the Islamic calendar. During his time in Medina, he established a system of government and laws so that the people could live in peace and harmony. He also spread the message of Islam to other parts of the Arabian Peninsula.
As his message spread, more and more people converted to Islam. By the time of his death in 632 CE, most of the Arabian Peninsula had accepted Islam. After his death, his followers compiled the Quran, which is the sacred text of Islam.
